Liz Fuller -  Managing Director
After spending fifteen years in light industrial staffing, Liz joined Institech in 2000.  The opportunity at Institech offered a chance to focus exclusively on contract-to-direct and direct placement recruiting.  Incorporating her degree in PR/Marketing from Marquette University and her experience in temporary staffing, Liz offers professional guidance through the job placement process.  Her highly personalized, dynamic service to our corporate clients and expert counsel to our candidates have earned her an unprecedented level of client retention!
 
Nancy Saeger - Senior Account Manager
With a broad based career as an HR Generalist, Nancy's resume includes smaller firms as well as large corporations with upwards of 45,000 employees.  Nancy’s experience as an HR Generalist at both the corporate and plant level included hiring General Managers, General Laborers, and every position in between, making her a valuable staffing resource for corporate clients and candidates.  Nancy has been with Institech since 2004. 
 
Dyan La Belle - Account Manager
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee plus four years of solid experience in Vocational Education has proven to be valuable experience for Dyan as she screens and matches candidates for our customers.  Outside of work, Dyan studies Improvisation at Second City Chicago’s Conservatory, which helps her to think on her feet and keep others smiling.  Both of these attributes are big plusses in working with candidates and customers.

Jill Kubeck - Account Manager
Our newest team member, Jill is well seasoned in our industry and also has a diverse background in Human Resources Management and Sales. Her Human Resources experience includes designing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures for a start-up company. She is experienced in recruiting for organizations of all sizes and from a variety of industries.  Jill is passionate about understanding client needs and helping them to find just the right individuals to meet their goals.  Through Jill's 20 plus years of experience, she has developed strong, long-term relationships with her clients, and she values the opportunity to assist new clients in the future.
