I moved to Milwaukee from Michigan in March of 2006, I was job hunting for a month before I answered an ad for a Maintenance Supervisor position with Institech.  Nancy Saeger interviewed me and sent me to 3 prospective employers.  I accepted a Maintenance Supervisor position that week.  I ended up being hired permanently after the 90 day contract.  I really appreciated the opportunity Institech (Nancy Saeger) gave me.  It not only got my foot in the door, I ended up with a good paying job with benefits. I am a 66 year old male who worked for a company for 42 years until 2004 when I retired.  I remained retired for about a year until they called me back out of retirement to work as a contract employee.  I worked for the company for another year and a half at which time they were purchased by another company, and I was downsized.  It was a traumatic time in my life.  I was devastated.  I tried for almost eight months to find a job. When I was just about ready to give up, I was contacted by two job placement companies one of which was Institech.  I had already accepted a contract offer when Liz and her client personally contacted me to see if I would reconsider their contract-to-direct offer.  I was so impressed that they were willing to pursue me.  Liz cared so much about me as an individual.  She thought that I was perfect for the position she was offering me, so I turned down the job offer that I had committed to and went with Liz at Institech.  Liz treated me with respect and wanted to be sure that I was the right fit for the job and that the job was the right fit for me.  One and a half years later, I am still very happy with my decision.  I want to thank Liz Fuller and Institech for being there when I needed them.
