Growing company in Mequon is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries. The Administrative Assistant must be detail oriented to learn the technical products of the company and to work on quotes for customers. Great opportunity for an entry level Administrative Assistant!
Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Communicate effectively with sales team, customers and distributors
Answer phone, respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information
Create quotations, proposals and follow up opportunities
Skills and Attributes of the Administrative Assistant:
Excellent phone and general communication skills
Well-developed organization and presentation skills
Outgoing personality
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft® Office products (Word, Powerpoint etc)
Customer-oriented creative thinker with strong listening skills, coupled with the ability to identify and understand complex problems and to offer compelling solutions
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Requirements
Required Education: High School or Equivalent
Required Experience: 1+ years

Work Hours : 8:30am to 5:00pm
