Large insurance broker in Waukesha is growing their team.  If you are looking to join a company that invests in its employees through training and internal advancement, then this is the opportunity for you.  Positions are available for Administrative Assistants at varying experience levels who enjoy detailed work and building relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant II:

  • Pull client loss data from carrier websites and analyze

  • Prepare renewal letters

  • Process certificates of insurance per client requests

  • Check documents for accuracy

  • Draft insurance proposals to 90%

  • Back up Administrative Assistant I

  • Process renewals accurately and timely

Job Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant III:

  • Must have Wisconsin Property & Casualty License or CISR Designation

  • Prepare and send renewal binding instructions per Producer / Marketing Lead

  • Keep the Lead and the carrier up to date on renewal processes and deadlines

  • Work with clients to gather information for the renewals

  • Analyze and compare carrier quotes for clients ensuring proper coverage and terms

  • Assist with new business submissions

  • Order policy change requests
