We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to service Class A commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in building maintenance, and repair. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the property is well-maintained, and all equipment is functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

• Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of equipment

• Inspect buildings, identify maintenance issues and provide solutions

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner

• Assist with other duties as assigned
