Description
Growing manufacturing company is looking to hire a Customer Service Associate to handle all back room details for the sales and sales engineering departments. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or inside sales working with technical products for a manufacturing or distribution company.
Duties of the Customer Service Associate include:
Entering customer orders
Creating quotes for part orders using a template
Checking current pricing
Sending quotes to clients and following up on them
Requirements
The Customer Service Associate must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Quickbooks and have solid math and measuring skills. The ability to read or learn to read blueprints is very helpful. Looking for 2+ years of practical experience, a college degree, or a combination of school and experience. Company is open to full or part time.
