Description
Growing company in Greendale is looking to hire a Welding Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations in the shop. This is a working supervisor position - mig welding, fixture welding, and fabrication.
DUTIES OF THE WELDING SUPERVISOR INCLUDE:
Assigning work and routing jobs through the shop
Managing quality and safety
Training employees
Troubleshooting complex jobs
Welding
Reading blueprints
Running fabrication machines including saw, shear, brake press
Requirements
Candidates must be knowledgeable in welding and fabrication.
The key attribute is being a strong leader and mentor.
Additional Information
First shift hours run 9 hours Mon-Thurs and 4 hours on Fridays!
Some overtime is available.
